Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Pune. The Barista will prepare, craft, and serve specialty coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining a clean workspace, inventory management, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for customers. The role may also involve ensuring the proper handling and care of all coffee-making equipment and collaborating with team members to maintain high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in barista skills, including crafting specialty coffee beverages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment
• Experience with food preparation and a good sense of cleanliness and organization
• A passion for specialty coffee and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Prior experience in a caf or hospitality setting is an asset but not required
