Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Ahmedabad. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the caf. Day-to-day tasks include taking customer orders, assisting with food preparation, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about specialty coffee and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Barista skills, including experience in preparing a variety of coffee beverages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
• Customer service experience with dedication to creating a pleasant and friendly environment
• Food preparation knowledge and adherence to health and safety standards in food handling
• Ability to multitask, handle busy periods gracefully, and manage time efficiently
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about specialty-grade coffee
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
