Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Ahmedabad. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the caf, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing food preparation tasks. The role also involves interacting with customers professionally, recommending menu items, and upholding our brand's commitment to quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in Barista and Food Preparation practices
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with customers and team members
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to adhere to company standards and maintain quality consistency
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Education in hospitality, food services, or a related field is advantageous
