Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Bengaluru North. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as light food items aligned with Flax's wellness-focused offering. Daily responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, following recipes and food safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, answering product questions, and handling payments accurately. The Barista will collaborate with the team to manage inventory, restock supplies, and support smooth café operations while reflecting Flax's commitment to health and customer SALARY 20K TO 25K
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Barista skills, including beverage preparation, coffee equipment handling, and basic food preparation.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a friendly, inclusive, and respectful guest experience.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for taking orders, explaining menu items, and coordinating with team members.
• Candidates should be able to follow hygiene and food safety standards, manage time efficiently, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred; familiarity with health-conscious or wellness-focused menus is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and reliably commute to Bengaluru North is required.
