Role Description
This is a full-time,
on-site Barista role based in Kakkanad, Ernakulam. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as assist in preparing light snacks or food items. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the caf area, managing stock and supplies, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Barista skills and basic Food Preparation knowledge
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to create a positive guest experience
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with a diverse range of people
- Ability to work well in a team, adapt to dynamic environments, and manage time efficiently
- Prior experience in a caf or hospitality environment is a plus
- A passion for coffee, beverages, and creating welcoming experiences
