Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista and Steward based in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality beverages to guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining and bar areas. The role also involves assisting in food preparation, managing orders, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
Qualifications
- Proficiency as a Barista, with experience in preparing and presenting beverages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Exceptional customer service abilities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food preparation processes and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for creating a positive dining and entertainment experience
- Previous experience in F&B settings or hospitality is a plus
