Barista

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Pune Division. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, assisting in food preparation tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key daily tasks include taking customer orders, making specialty coffee drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the caf, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Barista will also contribute to creating a friendly and professional caf environment.

Qualifications

• Barista skills including coffee preparation, beverage artistry, and operational knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers and team members effectively
• Customer service abilities to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for guests
• Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of safety and hygiene practices
• Passion for specialty coffee and an eagerness to learn and grow within the coffee industry
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced caf environment
• Prior experience in a caf or hospitality setting is advantageous but not mandatory
