Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to manage daily bar operations, lead the bartending team, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily bar operations & staff

Ensure quality, consistency & presentation of cocktails

Maintain inventory & control wastage

Train and guide bartenders

Maintain hygiene & safety standards

Deliver fast, professional guest service

Requirements:

25 years bar experience (1+ year in supervisory role preferred)

Strong knowledge of classic & signature cocktails

Leadership & team management skills

Good communication & customer handling
