Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Manager located in Hyderabad. The Bar Manager will oversee daily bar operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and uphold standards of cleanliness and compliance. Responsibilities include training staff, developing beverage menus, implementing sales strategies to drive revenue, and maintaining positive guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and effective team interaction.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including understanding of beverage preparation and bar management.
• Proficiency in Training team members to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
• Skills in Sales strategies to promote beverages and achieve revenue goals.
• Organizational and leadership skills to manage a dynamic team in an on-site setting.
• Background in hospitality or a related industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a similar field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
