In Kannada, Oota aita (Have you eaten) is more than just a greetingit's an ice-breaker, an expression of care, and a symbol of Karnataka's warm hospitality. Inspired by this ethos, Oota offers a dining experience rooted in hyper-local Karnataka cuisine.

Your Role in Our Story

As a Bar Manager at TEHPL, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end bar operations, leading the bar team, and delivering exceptional beverage experiences across Windmills and Oota.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service execution and adherence to TEHPL's quality and service standards.
• Manage inventory control including ordering, stock rotation, wastage control, and maintaining optimal stock levels in coordination with the F&B Controller.
• Execute and contribute to beverage menu planning, including cocktails, craft beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings aligned with the brand concept.
• Lead, train, and mentor bar staff on product knowledge, mixology techniques, service etiquette, and safety standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with statutory bar laws, licensing norms, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Monitor beverage costs, control variances, and support profitability through effective pricing, promotions, and upselling strategies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall ambience of the bar areas; ensure equipment is well-maintained and fully operational.
• Deliver consistently high levels of guest satisfaction by engaging with guests and addressing feedback proactively.

Who we are Looking For

• Passion for Beverages & Mixology: Strong interest and hands-on experience in cocktails, spirits, beers, and beverage trends.
• Strong Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of drink recipes, ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation.
• Leadership Capability: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a bar team.
• Operational Excellence: Detail-oriented with strong control over inventory, documentation, and compliance.
• Hospitality Mindset: Guest-first approach with a commitment to delivering memorable experiences.
• Experience: Minimum 46 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or premium F&B industry.
