This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Sales Manager, based in New Delhi. The role involves managing banquet sales and catering services, including planning and executing events, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The professional will also collaborate with various teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals while ensuring the highest hospitality standards are upheld.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
• Expertise in Sales Management and generating business opportunities
• Proficiency in Catering Sales and delivering customized catering solutions
• Experience in Event Planning, coordination, and execution of banquet services
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an asset
