Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Banquet Sales role located in Vadodara. The Banquet Sales professional will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving event bookings. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, designing tailored event packages, maintaining detailed records of sales activities, and coordinating with internal teams for successful event execution. The individual will also oversee client hospitality, ensure smooth communication, and constantly seek opportunities to improve service standards and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance overall performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deliver under deadlines, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with event planning in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
