Role Summary

As an entry-level Banquet Sales Executive, support event bookings by handling client inquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating with operations teams. Ideal for freshers eager to learn sales in banquets and eventsno prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone/email, understand event needs, and schedule site visits.
  • Assist in creating sales proposals, contracts, and event timelines with guidance from seniors.
  • Coordinate with banquet team on logistics, menus, and setups for seamless execution.
  • Follow up on leads, track bookings, and support upselling of packages/add-ons.
  • Maintain client relationships and update CRM/sales records.
  • Participate in market outreach and networking for new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills (Fresher-Friendly)

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream) or Diploma in Hospitality/Sales.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
  • Basic MS Office proficiency; quick learner for CRM tools.
  • Enthusiastic team player comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
