Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage banquet events including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings
- Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure seamless execution
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, décor, and external vendors
- Manage banquet staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor event budgets, cost controls, and billing accuracy
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience as a Banquet Manager / Events Manager in hospitality, hotels, or premium restaurants
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
- Hands-on experience in large-scale events and banqueting operations
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
