We are seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee and manage all banquet operations, ensuring the highest level of service for our clients in Malta/Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing banquet events, leading a team, and delivering memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all aspects of banquet events, ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to create and manage banquet menus that meet client needs and preferences.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audiovisual needs.
- Train, supervise, and mentor banquet staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain professional standards.
- Communicate with clients pre- and post-event to ensure their expectations are met and gather feedback for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-9 years of experience in banquet management or related hospitality roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
