Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Banquet Manager based in Dharamshala, with some flexibility for remote work. The Banquet Manager will oversee the smooth planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing event logistics, supervising staff, and maintaining professional communication with the Food & Beverage team. The role also entails overseeing team hiring processes to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.

- Excellent Communication skills for effectively liaising with clients, teams, and vendors
- Proven expertise in Food & Beverage management to maintain high-quality service standards
- Leadership experience in Hiring and managing event staff

- Ability to adapt to both on-site and remote work requirements efficiently
- Hospitality or event management experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with premium hotel .
