Role Description
The Banquet Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai at Hotel Kohinoor Continental. The Banquet Executive will oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring customer requirements are met with excellence. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating with internal teams, and handling client communications. The role also involves creating and adhering to event budgets, supervising event staff, and ensuring seamless event operations to deliver a memorable experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction and team coordination
- Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to handle diverse events effectively
- Experience in Budgeting and maintaining cost efficiency for events
- Sales acumen to drive event-related revenue and manage client relationships
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
