Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced professionals with strong knowledge in US Mortgage Bankruptcy and 410A process. The candidate will be responsible for handling bankruptcy-related mortgage activities, preparing and reviewing 410A forms, monitoring bankruptcy timelines, and ensuring compliance with federal bankruptcy regulations and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Bankruptcy process related to Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 loans.
- Prepare, review, and process 410A forms accurately.
- Review bankruptcy documents, court notices, and attorney communications.
- Monitor bankruptcy timelines, hearing dates, claims, and payment status.
- Ensure proof of claim (POC) filing and related documentation are completed within timelines.
- Coordinate with attorneys, trustees, servicing teams, and clients for issue resolution.
- Update servicing systems with accurate bankruptcy information and status updates.
- Handle inbound/outbound communication related to bankruptcy cases when required.
- Perform reconciliation and validation of bankruptcy-related loan information.
- Maintain compliance with federal bankruptcy guidelines and client SOPs.
- Meet SLA/TAT, productivity, and quality standards.
- Support audit and compliance checks with proper documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge in US Mortgage Bankruptcy process
- Hands-on experience in 410A form preparation/review
- Understanding of Chapter 7, 11 & 13 bankruptcy
- Knowledge in Proof of Claim (POC)
- Mortgage servicing and bankruptcy compliance knowledge
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in night shifts
