Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, and loans
  • Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
  • Explain product features and benefits to customers and resolve queries
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert them into active customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
  • Stay updated on banking products, processes, and compliance guidelines
  • Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Finance preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of banking and financial services
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven
  • Willingness to work in the field (field sales role)
  • Proficiency in local language; English and Hindi are a plus
