• HSC/Graduates with good communication in Marathi and Hindi; freshers welcome
• Work from office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai; day shift; handle customer service tasks
• Salary of 15,000 to 25,000 in-hand plus incentives

Role Overview:

We are hiring dynamic individuals for the role of Banking Sales Executive to drive acquisition of banking products and services. The role involves customer interaction, product explanation, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets through direct and telephonic engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Explain banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term engagement.
• Assist customers with documentation and application process.
• Provide timely updates to the sales manager on progress and pipeline.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior sales/banking/telecalling experience.
• Strong communication in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
• Target-driven, confident, and customer-focused personality.
