Job Description

5+ years of experience in Banking Industries.
Manage the opening and closing procedures for current accounts, deposits, and other banking products.
Conduct diligent follow-ups with banking institutions to ensure timely and efficient processing of transactions and requests.
Possess expertise in foreign transactions, including imports and services, to facilitate seamless international financial activities.
Handle chargeback and grievance cases proficiently, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
Efficiently complete form filling and submission of various bank documents, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Provide assistance and support for services related to internet banking, ensuring customers access to online banking functionalities.
Maintain an inventory of cheque books to facilitate smooth transaction processes .
Ensure the smooth functioning of bank accounts by addressing any operational issues promptly.
Manage the filing of documents submitted to banks, maintaining accurate records and compliance standards.
Facilitate agreements between agents and banks, ensuring contractual obligations are met and aligned with organizational objectives.
Resolve queries from banks and internal teams in a timely manner, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
Exhibit excellent communication and writing skills to interact effectively with clients, banks, and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Coordinate with banks via phone, email, and in-person visits to address issues and implement solutions, showcasing strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
