Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and/or inbound calls from international customers.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to explain account details and payment-related information.
  • Follow company guidelines while interacting with customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer records accurately in the system.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Adhere to quality standards, compliance rules, and call protocols.
  • Maintain professionalism and positive communication at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

  • SSC / HSC candidates with minimum 6 months of international BPO experience.
  • Candidates with prior collections experience will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal).
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range:
  • Without collections experience: 22,000 35,000 (in-hand)
  • With collections experience: Up to 38,000 (in-hand)
  • Unlimited performance-based incentives
  • Training incentives up to 10,000
  • Rotational week offs (2 days per week)

  • Centralized pick-up available

Interview Process

  1. HR Round Telephonic
  2. Operations Round Virtual (Microsoft Teams)
  3. Versant Assessment Score of 67 required (to be given from the office)
