Job Description

Review SME credit applications and assess borrower creditworthiness using financial statements, cash‑flow analysis, and collateral evaluation.

Analyze loan account performance to identify repayment behavior patterns, exposure trends, and potential early warning indicators.

Verify adherence to approved loan terms, repayment schedules, covenants, and internal policy guidelines.

Prepare clear, structured credit review notes and working papers consistent with established Standard Operating Procedures.

Support periodic portfolio reviews to identify risk concentration, emerging risks, and quality trends across the credit book.

Assist Relationship Managers and onshore teams by providing analytical insights using internal rating models and risk‑scoring tools.

Ensure full compliance with operational, administrative, and regulatory requirements while maintaining updated knowledge of processes.

Participate in training sessions, team discussions, and customer/partner calls as required by business needs.

0 - 2 Years of experience in Banking BPO is preferred

University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies of the Accounting & Commerce Graduates.

Ability to work scheduled shiftsAbility to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client.
