Banking Officer - CASA Sales

• Identify and acquire new CASA customers through field sales and referrals
• Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, insurance, and digital services
• Conduct market mapping and generate leads in assigned areas
• Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term engagement
• Ensure KYC compliance and accurate documentation
• Meet individual and branch CASA targets
