Looking for aBanking & Finance lawyerfor a wellknown law firm in Delhi with strong experience in secured lending and real estate collateral work.

• Drafting and vettingtitle search reportsfor immovable property (including chain of title, encumbrance checks, and marketability opinion).
• Reviewing and draftingloan agreements,deeds of hypothecation,mortgage/charge documents, guarantees, and related security documents for banks/NBFCs.
• Conducting due diligence on borrowers and collateral, coordinating with registries (SubRegistrar, ROC) and valuers, and finalising conditions precedent / subsequent.indialawoffices+1
• Liaising with bank officials and internal stakeholders for documentation, clarifications, and compliance with internal credit and RBI norms.

• PQE: Typically 25 years inbanking / realestate / security documentationpractice, ideally at a banking, finance or realestate focused law firm in DelhiNCR.

• Prior experienceworking with or for banks/NBFCson loan and security documentation, title due diligence and enforcement support (SARFAESI, DRT, etc.) will be preferred.
