**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced **Banking Delivery Head** with strong expertise in **Core Banking and Payments**. The ideal candidate will lead delivery operations and technology initiatives, ensuring successful implementation, client satisfaction, and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee end-to-end delivery of core banking projects and solutions.

* Lead and mentor project teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

* Work closely with clients to understand configuration and customization needs.

* Provide technical solutions and prepare detailed Technical Specification documents.

* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and attract new clients in the core banking and payments domain.

* Balance responsibilities across **Delivery Management (50%)** and **Technology Leadership (50%)**.

**Key Skills & Experience:**

* Proven experience in **Core Banking domain** with products like **Finacle, Temenos, Finxact**, etc.

* Strong expertise in **Payments** systems and integrations.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
