Shift: US Rotational Night Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Executives for the US Banking Process. The role involves handling customer queries, assisting with transactions, and delivering excellent service to US-based clients through calls or chats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions related to banking services.
  • Resolve customer issues with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain process compliance.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets.
  • Uphold data privacy and banking confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of BPO experience (preferably in US Banking or International Voice).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Comfortable with rotational US night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualification: HSC / Graduate (any stream).
