Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join as Bank Officers. The role involves driving business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and sales of retail banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for retail banking products such as CASA, fixed deposits, and other offerings
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and branch walk-ins
- Cross-sell and upsell banking products to existing and new customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (minimum 50%)
- Interest customer-facing roles
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: 3,30,000 Rs + incentives
- CTC per month: 28,000 Rs
- Bonus: 60,000 Rs (1st year), 90,000 Rs (2nd year)
