We are seeking an experienced Bank HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in the banking sector, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates for various banking positions through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the bank's culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded and updated.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies to build a talent pipeline.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the bank as an employer of choice.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and the skills required for various roles within the industry.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
