We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Doctor with 15 years of professional experience in Ayurvedic consultation, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, Panchakarma therapies (preferred), and holistic patient care. The role requires the ability to conduct detailed assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and ensure quality patient care aligned with traditional Ayurvedic practices and organizational protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using Ayurvedic diagnostic methods such as Nadi Pariksha, Prakriti analysis, and detailed medical history evaluation.
- Prescribe accurate Ayurvedic treatments, herbal medications, and therapeutic procedures.
- Develop customized treatment plans, including Panchakarma therapies, herbal remedies, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response.
- Maintain accurate patient records, case histories, and documentation in line with medical guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in integrative or wellness setups.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare, wellness routines, and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical medical practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in BAMS, MS in Ayurveda, from a recognized institution.
- Specialized training or experience in Ayurvedic fertility treatments.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in Ayurvedic assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
- Perform Ayurvedic diagnostics to assess the patient's Prakriti (constitution) and identify imbalances.
