Doctor will play a critical role in an Ecommerce/online business, providing teleconsultation and generating accurate digital prescriptions for customers. This role requires excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing their queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Prescription Generation:
- Evaluate customer health details provided during the order process.
- Generate accurate and compliant digital prescriptions tailored to customer needs.
Teleconsultation:
- Conduct teleconsultations for each assigned order.
- Provide expert medical advice and ensure the customer fully understands their treatment plan.
Customer Query Resolution:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns.
- Address and resolve customer queries related to prescriptions and treatments promptly.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all prescriptions adhere to legal and medical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of consultations for reference and compliance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with customer support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide feedback for process improvements where applicable.
Skills and Qualifications:
- MBBS or equivalent degree (required).
- Valid medical license to practice and prescribe medication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
