- Staff Management:
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional performance and service quality.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and adherence to attendance policies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Implement operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Customer Service:
- Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and control costs and expenses to meet budgetary requirements.

- Menu and Facility Management:

- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational, coordinating repairs as needed.
- Marketing and Sales:
- Actively participate in marketing and sales activities, including customer acquisition, B2B sales, and off-premise catering (ODCs).
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Report daily on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales data, and other relevant metrics to the General Manager.

- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Stay updated with local health regulations and ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety standards, including food safety, fire safety, and workplace safety regulations.

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
