Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves assisting in the preparation and production of bakery goods. As a Bakery Commis 3, you will assist with tasks such as measuring ingredients, preparing dough, baking, and presenting items like bread, cookies, and other baked treats. You will ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards while collaborating with senior staff to maintain the highest quality of baked goods.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in Bakery and Baking processes
• Experience in Food Preparation with a focus on creating products such as Cookies and Bread
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a fast-paced team environment
• Prior experience in a bakery or patisserie is a plus
• Relevant education or certification in baking or culinary arts is advantageous
