Bakery Commi 3 chef

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Bakery Commi 3 Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of bakery products while ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and baking of various bakery products such as breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, including equipment and tools.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with senior chefs to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in a bakery or culinary environment.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and pastry production.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from senior chefs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation and Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
