This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bakery Chef De Partie based in Bengaluru. The Bakery Chef De Partie will oversee the preparation and baking of high-quality bakery products, ensure recipes and presentation standards are met, and maintain a clean, organized workstation. Responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, supervising and training junior staff, and maintaining inventory levels for bakery supplies. The role involves collaborating with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient production.

• Expertise in baking techniques, pastry preparation, and cake decoration
• Knowledge of ingredient selection, inventory management, and food safety standards
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in supervising and training kitchen staff
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
• Prior experience as a Bakery Chef De Partie or similar role in a commercial setting
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for baking and innovation, with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
