Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker, located in South Goa. The Baker will be responsible for daily preparation and baking of a variety of baked goods, including bread, cakes, and other bakery items. Tasks include managing baking schedules, maintaining quality standards, following recipes, and ensuring proper food preparation and presentation. The Baker will also be expected to keep the workspace clean and organised while adhering to food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
• Experience in preparing a variety of baked goods such as bread and cakes
• Strong skills in food preparation with attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Prior experience in a professional baking or kitchen environment is preferred
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
