Badminton Coach

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Badminton Coach at Sportified located in Pune. The Badminton Coach will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing practice programs, evaluating player performance, and providing feedback to improve skills. Additionally, the Badminton Coach will organize tournaments, manage equipment, and ensure a safe and enjoyable sports environment.

Qualifications

• Badminton Coaching and Training skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in badminton coaching
• Player Performance Evaluation and Feedback skills
• Experience in organizing sports tournaments and managing equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and motivate players
• Certification in Badminton Coaching is a plus
• Knowledge of sports psychology and physical fitness
• Passion for sports and promoting a healthy lifestyle
