Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Badminton Coach located in Gurugram. The role involves planning and conducting badminton coaching sessions tailored to different skill levels, monitoring the progress of players, and providing detailed feedback for improvement. The coach will also be responsible for organizing practice sessions, supervising tournaments, and developing fitness and training plans to enhance players physical performance. Strong communication with players, parents, and team members is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in badminton coaching techniques and a deep understanding of game rules and strategies
• Experience in fitness training and physical conditioning specific to badminton
• Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills for player interaction
• Certification in sports coaching or badminton-specific training programs
• Previous coaching experience at school, club, or professional levels
• Ability to design and execute structured training programs
• Knowledge in injury prevention and basic first aid is a plus
• Passion for sports and enthusiasm for player development
