Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs
• Participate in Agile ceremonies:
• Daily stand-ups
• Sprint planning and retrospectives
• Peer code reviews
• Collaborate closely with:
• Business users
• Solution architects
• Team leads
• Deliver new feature enhancements aligned to business priorities
• Follow engineering standards and best practices
• Actively participate in team discussions and problem-solving

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java
• Spring Boot
• REST API development
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience Guidelines

• Senior Developers: Typically 68 years (quality and impact matter more than years)
• Junior Developers: Typically 35 years
• No specific industry experience required
