Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Backend / Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Python (Django / FastAPI) or Go (Gin framework). The ideal candidate should be capable of taking product features from concept to production, building scalable systems, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
You will play a key role in designing robust backend services, optimizing databases, integrating modern AI workflows, and ensuring high system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to take features from concept to production with clean architectural thinking.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Django and FastAPI) or Go (Gin framework).
- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) to ensure scalability and performance.
- Develop and integrate frontend components using React.js (Tailwind / Bootstrap preferred).
- Implement and integrate LLM workflows within applications and backend services.
- Apply strong Data Structures & Algorithms knowledge while building efficient and scalable solutions.
- Contribute to System Design discussions and implementation for maintainable and scalable applications.
- Implement and manage Docker and containerisation practices for development and deployment environments.
- Follow and maintain proper Git workflows for version control, collaboration, and code management.
- Perform strong debugging and performance optimisation across services and applications.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver product features.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Python (Django and FastAPI) or Go (Gin framework).
- Strong experience designing and optimizing SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with React.js (Tailwind / Bootstrap preferred).
- Experience integrating LLM workflows.
- Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Strong understanding of System Design.
- Experience with Docker and containerization practices.
- Proficiency in Git workflows.
