About the Role:

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our team and contribute to building and scaling the infrastructure that powers our AI-driven enterprise listening platform. You'll be responsible for developing backend services, managing microservices, and integrating machine learning models, while ensuring high reliability and performance. This full-time role is based out of our Hyderabad office (at least 3 days a week in office).

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services usingTypeScriptandNode.js.
• Work withDockerandKubernetesto deploy and manage microservices.
• Implement scalable cloud infrastructure onGCP.
• Build and improveAPIsthat connect frontend and backend services.
• Collaborate with theAI teamto integrate machine learning models.
• Ensurereliabilityandperformanceof systems.
• Participate incode reviewsand contribute to engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of backend development experience.
• Strong experience withDockerandKubernetes.
• Proficiency inTypeScriptandNode.js(or willingness to learnPython/Go).
• Experience withGCPor similar cloud platforms.
• Understanding ofmicroservices architectureandAPI design.
• Familiarity withdatabase systemsanddata modeling.
• Acollaborativeandteam-orientedmindset.
