Backend Development Team Lead

Key Deliverables:

• Design and develop robust server-side logic and database solutions in .NET
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs, file transfers, and SQL queries
• Conduct data migration, rollout activities, and configuration of new accounts
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate UI elements with backend logic

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze and gather customer requirements and identify technical gaps
• Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries, procedures, and triggers
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and UI testing
• Guide junior developers and participate in Agile SDLC processes
