We are looking for a
Senior Backend Developer to join our Tech Solutions team in Gurgaon. This role requires deep backend expertise in Go (Golang), cloud-native architecture, and scalable microservices development to power high-performance affiliate and performance marketing systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang) and Gin Framework
- Architect and implement microservices-based systems
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and third-party integrations (including Amazon APIs)
- Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and Firestore/NoSQL databases
- Implement message queuing systems for high-volume data processing
- Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and observability
- Manage containerized deployments using Docker on Linux environments
- Maintain version control and code quality standards
- Lead backend initiatives, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews
- Implement unit/integration testing and ensure production-grade reliability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Network Ops, and Business teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and Gin Framework
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Expertise in Firestore / NoSQL databases
- Experience building scalable API-driven systems
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Experience with Amazon APIs integrations
- Knowledge of Message Queuing systems
- Experience in Monitoring & Observability tools
- Strong testing and debugging skills
- Proficiency in Docker & Linux environments
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
- Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities
