What You'll Work On
- Develop backend features and REST APIs using Python
- Work with Gen-AI/LLMs - build AI agents and automation workflows
- Work on live products handling real production load (our matchmaking platform processes millions of match pairs and interactions daily)
- Validate and test features, debug issues, implement fixes
- Handle deployments and basic AWS server management
- Collaborate with team on full-stack features
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- 2-4 years backend development experience
- Strong Python fundamentals (we use AI tools extensively - you don't need to memorize syntax, but should understand core concepts)
- Experience with any backend framework: FastAPI / Django / Flask
- Good understanding of databases: SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB preferred)
- Ability to debug and solve problems independently
Good to Have:
- Basic HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or React knowledge
- Familiarity with modern AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
- AWS, server management, or DevOps exposure
- Any exposure to Gen-AI/LLMs (even personal projects)
