Backend Developer (.NET Core | SQL Server | Microservices)

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Backend Developer with strong expertise in
.NET Core, SQL Server, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems, writing clean and maintainable code, and working in agile, collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core.
- Build and optimize microservices-based architectures for scalability and performance.
- Develop robust database solutions using SQL Server, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver highquality software.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and propose technical improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Solid working knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
- Experience in developing and deploying microservices.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed system design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Knowledge of messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
