Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and develop backend features and components for SevOne Network Performance Management technology, enabling visibility across applications, containers, storage, and IT systems.
Enhance NPM product features as per product priorities and roadmap.
Develop backend features to support solutions such as NMS, SD-WAN, SDN, and Wi-Fi.
Design and implement solutions independently with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and actively participate in technical discussions and meetings.
Understand feature requirements, work closely with product teams, and help refine and document acceptance criteria.
Create comprehensive documentation and perform unit, functional, and integration testing.
Write automated tests to ensure reliability and maintainability of developed features.
Build tools and automation to support troubleshooting and customer issue resolution.
Participate in code reviews to uphold coding quality and standards.
Take part in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
