We are hiring a Backend Developer (23 years experience) with strong expertise in Node.js, Python (Django & FastAPI), REST APIs, Microservices, and Elasticsearch. You'll build scalable backend systems, real-time communication (WebSockets/message queues), and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) for high-performance applications.

Key Skills:

Node.js, Python (Django & FastAPI), REST APIs

Microservices architecture & distributed systems

PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/Redis

Elasticsearch (search & indexing solutions)

Docker, CI/CD pipelines

Real-time communication (WebSockets, Pub/Sub, gRPC)

Good to Have:

Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Asynchronous programming (Celery, asyncio)

Testing frameworks (Pytest/Unittest, Mocha/Jest)

Laravel (PHP) for legacy/hybrid systems
