Backend Developer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable backend code.
• Prepare and deploy software releases and ensure smooth integration of components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver optimal technical solutions.
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Continuously explore new technologies and implement best practices for performance improvement.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from a premium institute.
• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in backend development within a B2C industry.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience in Java EE platforms.
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) using common design patterns.
• Excellent working knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks such as JPA2 or Hibernate.
• Experience with the Spring Framework and at least one popular web framework (e.g., JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently with ownership and drive.
