Position: Back Office Team Leader

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (based on knowledge and interview performance)

Job Description

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Back Office Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent command over computer operations, and the ability to manage data and reports efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the back-office team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports and data summaries.
  • Oversee documentation, data entry, and process accuracy.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor performance and provide training or guidance where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures.
Required Skills
  • Advanced Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, Reports).
  • Strong understanding of MIS & data management.
  • Excellent communication in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
  • Computer mastermind fast, efficient, and tech-savvy.
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in back-office operations or team handling preferred.
