Back office sales executive

This is an on-site full-time role for a Back Office Sales Executive, based in Rajkot. The Back Office Sales Executive will manage sales support functions, including maintaining customer databases, processing orders, and preparing quotes. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team, responding to client inquiries, preparing sales reports, and assisting in day-to-day administrative activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales department.

• Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate databases
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• A basic understanding of electrical products and services is an advantage
• Experience in sales support or a similar administrative role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous
